Attic in Villa with Swimming Pool near Assisi

The Villa is located in the heart of Umbria, just a few kilometres from the region's main cities of art. It stands on the gentle hills overlooking Assisi, Spello and Perugia, in the middle of an olive grove carefully and respectfully maintained by the owner. In the large garden there is also a swimming pool (open from the beginning of May to the end of September; it measures 9 m x 5 m with a water height of 1.2 m). This house is particularly suitable for those who like to isolate themselves in total privacy without giving up the incomparable view. In fact, from the house it is possible to see some of Umbria's beautiful historic centres, starting with Bettona, a small medieval town (of Etruscan origin) that can easily be reached on foot. Of particular note is the central position with respect to the region's cities of art, all of which can be reached by car in between 10 and 45 minutes.
The Villa consists of 3 completely independent portions, 2 for rent (the Large Apartment and the Attic-Mansard) and 1 for use by the owners. As you can read from the comments of guests who have visited the house in the past, the owners' presence is particularly discreet and typically much appreciated.
The Attic-Mansard consists of: a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The house is complete with everything you need to live it to the full (including sheets and towels); if there are any special needs, they can be requested from the owners. Free wireless internet access is available.
