The place was spotless and had everything you would need for a few days or a few weeks stay. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town to visit family."

"November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to...

"Chose the property to attend a wedding in the area. Property is great - up in the residential area but still only a short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc. Property itself is large and accommodates 6 easily. Very well appointed and clean. Definitely a find and recommended."

Die Wohnung liegt sehr strandnah, was für die Kinder perfect ist. Geschäfte, Apotheke, Restaurants, Wochenmarkt, Konzerte, Bushaltestelle, alles war innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. The location is good, not far from the city centre, beach and restaurants. Marina was so helpful, she picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off at the train station upon departure.
