"This was the last of three properties we stayed at in Umbria. It was everyone's favorite. We stayed there for four nights at the end of April and easily could have stayed there for a month. The town of Todi is easily accessible. Adele and family are so hospitable and are a model of how a VRBO host should be. You can probably read in the other reviews how great the property is which is all true. I will say that the driveway is a bit hairy going down the first time, but after a couple times it's...

"Great location in a wonderful town! We didn't have a car, so we spent the whole time exploring on foot, and the apartment was perfect for that (even if those stairs are no joke!) Don't miss sunset on the rooftop deck."

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

"Wonderful apartment in perfect location central to Orvieto. The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"My sister, husband and I stayed for a week in October and is was perfect. The location in Todi was very convenient as a home base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations were very comfortable. They were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need.
