"This place is even BETTER in person, which rarely happens! It is very spacious, so tastefully decorated, clean, functional...AND the location made our stay PERFECT. The host was very responsive. We absolutely will be booking again for our next Knoxville stay! 5 stars all the way!!!"

"Great location in beautiful Knoxville. I would either request a room not facing the road and church or make use of the provided ear plugs and sound machine. Traffic noise from the road was rather loud without the ear plugs."

"Loved staying on the river for my trip to Knoxville. Very comfortable and well equipped small houseboat. Stayed by myself, but would've been fine for a couple but no more unless small kids sleeping in bunk bed. Kitchen very functional. Bedroom very nice and with great views out the back of the boat. Back of the boat excellent place for coffee in the morning or beer in the evening, or will abled can go up the ladder to the top of the boat even better location and views. Bathroom and shower pretty small and tight, but does work fine. Also did not have to pay for parking like usual in downtown but the walk to the boat is about 10 minutes but a very pleasant walk along the dock. I would highly recommend for adventurous couple, not expecting high-end Marriott, etc. but a more casual stay on the water. Rith chris steakhouse and Calhoun's both walkable."

"PERFECT STAY!! Visiting for son’s graduation and loved being able to walk to venue. Loved proximity to a few restaurants, bike shop was welcome and used, friendly marina. Host responsive to our questions and easy to work with booking/during stay. Really enjoyer house boat and views of water. So relaxing. Thank you for a memorable stay."
