"First, this looks nothing like the picture because the walls and floors are completely destroyed. Second, we never had wifi even after trying to request the login. Third, the parking instructions are atrocious. “Spot 77” is right at the front door BUT that is not the correct spot. You will be towed and sent to a place that requires a NOTARIZED letter from the registered owner to get it back. If a modicum of effort was used to explain the parking, we would not be waiting HOURS in a towing office....

"Did not know I had to pay for parking. The details said “free parking”, did not specify its 1 spot per unit. Unit had no a/c. Host did not provide us with a key fob our entire stay. Was very rude and hung up on me when I called about the key fob and a/c. I’ve never felt the need to complain whoever I stay. But this is the worst experience I’ve had! "
