"There is no parking for this unit you have to pay a daily rate in the paid parking lot The noise at night is unbearable the window don’t close all the way so every conversation was like it was happening in the unit there is a food truck all night right below the unit The bed in the unit has no support!!! Could not sleep on it!!! I would not recommend staying here!!"

"I love the high ceiling and the layout of the apartment. Very comfortable. The parking lot was next door and it was easy to park. The rooftop was very nice and big. Very impressive."

"location was good, self checkin was good once you go through it one time. Original pics showed rooftop patio with pool so disappointing to find that wasn't the case with this property and felt like a bait and switch"

"Check in is difficult and not convenient. Read all details before booking! When you can get in, additional charges to park etc. apt is clean, very small for a “junior penthouse”. Checked out early and had a difficult time getting key back to over-see er. You can’t exit the flor without the key and leaving the key in the apt strands you on the floor... "

"Our family stayed overnight for a basketball game. When booking, I didn't realize how close the Staples Center is. This hotel was super convenient and accommodating. The Manager was extremely helpful when we had questions. I will definitely remember this hotel for future bookings."
