Small, modern, luxurious villa "Vasca", built in 2022, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 8 km from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, in a secluded, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 500 m2, terraced garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Nov.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2 km, café 2 km, bicycle rental 2 km, bus stop 850 m, sandy beach 2 km. Cycle lane 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The house was built in an old water tank with a diameter of 7.5m. The shape and character of the tub with round walls and concrete floors have been retained.

Wunderschöne Auszeit

Das Objekt liegt versteckt im Grünen zwischen Olivenhainen. Ein wahrer Traum zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist klein aber fein. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Meravigliosa vacanza in una posizione tranquilla a breve distanza in macchina dal mare

In una zona molto tranquilla ma solo 5 minuti del centro di Sal Lorenzo al Mare. Aveva tutto che avevamo bisogno. Piscina per rilassare. BBQ per cucinare. Buona cucina. Lavanderia. Tutto in una casa molto molto unica! Proprietario molto simpatico! Ritorneremo!

Schönes abgelegenes Ferienhaus

Schönes Ferienhaus, etwas abgelegen aber dennoch nahe zu San Lorenzo und dem Meer. Ein Auto ist hier fast Pflicht. Das Ferienhaus war auf einem schönen und grossem Grundstück mit Pool. Leider gab es beim Haus ein paar kleine Mängel die für den Preis sicherlich behoben werden sollten. Das gleiche zählt auch bei der Sauberkeit . Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.
