Nights prior to a cruise and enjoyed the rooftop, including live music, the lobby bar, the thermal pool in the lower level and even had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. Due to congestion and construction on La Rambla we did have challenges with a couple taxis. But this location was easily walkable down to Barceloneta beach and to the Flamenco show we had booked. Had dinner at a restaurant around the corner and it was superb. Staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions. Highly recommend Hotel 1898!"
