"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. "The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "Property needs urgent upgrades. Rooms are old and the AC barely works. Cleanliness is also poor. Staff is young and inexperienced. Location is great (close to ciutadella) and the sunset from the sunset bar is beautiful. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. The whole check in service is very straight forward with the machine, the room was incredibly well-kept, clean, ecological, with all the amenities possible"

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. Thank you!"

"There is absolutely no better hotel! They’ve thought of everything! Snacks, drinks, snorkel gear, towels, and coolers! Our room had a ceiling fan which was huge and the room was icy cold in minutes of returning. Huge space for Europe standards. Adreian was so kind and let us check in late late when our flight was delayed an hour. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. What a kind man! The hotel smells incredible and the atheistic is beautiful beach..whites and woods! The bathroom is gorgeous with even lighting in the shower. We had the most comfortable stay. They even gave you a little beach blanket gift at check in. I could not recommend this location, ease of parking, and hotel location and cleanliness more, and of course the receptionist. Oh and our room downstairs had a patio and outdoor shower! So beautiful!"

"Hotel and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Property itself was very peaceful for the most part and not crowded. The apartment was big enough for 2 people. The only downside is the cleaners started at 8:30am each morning so you could hear a huge amount of noise from early hours, even with noise cancelling headphones! Constant furniture moving, slamming doors and dragging carts around. They came in and woke us us up for the last two mornings. On the final morning, check out was 11am but the cleaners came in at 8:30am so I asked them to come back later after check out. They then came again at 9:10am and told them again to please come back after check out. I’m not sure why they don’t come later in the morning after people have gotten ready, had breakfast and gone out for the day, around 10am maybe, especially considering we were self-catering. Overall though the experience was nice, a great selection of drinks at the bar and a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere other than the disturbed sleep. The phone in the room also did not work at they got my name wrong so I couldn’t log into the wifi but minor issues. "

"I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this. The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay. From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on. What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. At first we booked room with a city view but once we arrived were delighted we were able to upgrade to a sea facing room. It was convenient to walk to the city centre, bus services and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Enjoyed eating on the balcony. "

"Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater. "
