"I'm curious how the rating on this hotel is so good. It was in need of a remodel or at least cleaning of carpets. I let the water run and never got hot water it was early I saw no bombero (black tank on roof) so as is often in Guatemala no so much in Mexico no hot water. Coffee in the office was ..."

Bad service, room with no air conditioning.
"She tried charging me cash for cleaning, her reason was that she never had someone stayed for a full week and that I needed to pay the cleaning people out of my pocket after she already had charged me the cleaning fees on the app, one room had no air conditioner and her solution was for us to stay ..."
