The staff its really friendly and they do their best with whatever they have. Unfortunately the cleaning cant say the same i found hair in the washroom, the door was broken, the sheets didn't feel feesh. I had to order more towels and they took a while to bring it over. And they are the smallest The staff at front desk 10/10 Cleaning 5/10 (i seen worst) Im sure that you guys can do it better! You have great location make the best of it.

Nice hotel where I could plug in my car.

This is a nice hotel although it is from another era but it has been well-kept. We love having a large courtyard where we could park our car but because of our age and size we park in the overflow lot because the courtyard spots are narrow. Another benefit of the courtyard is that it has a long entrance tunnel which blocks much of the noise from the street. In the past I have successfully charged our plug-in hybrid vehicle in the overflow lot. This time it wouldn’t charge. I suspect that the electric panel for the hotel has lost its connection to ground because I could also not charge when testing the 110v by plugging in my cable to an outlet in our hotel room. I tested whether it was perhaps something wrong with my vehicle by successfully charging elsewhere in Tampico. I hope for everyone’s safety the hotel maintenance staff gets the ground connection tested.

El hotel esta ubicado muy cerca de 3 supermercados y una plaza comercial. No se crean del "desayuno incluido", es muy malo es un platito con fruta , cafe y chilaquiles con huevo, todo frio, eso si alcanzas, ellos lo llaman "desayuno de cortesía ". La alberca es muy pequeña y en la semana que estuve nunca la limpiaron ni le pusieron liquidos desinfectantes o limpiadores propios de una alberca, el agua estaba turbia, muchos niños, me imagino lo peor con tantos niños en el agua. El refrigerador y el microondas funcionales pero en estado de descuido. El aseo de la habitación en 2 ocasiones lo hicieron a las 5 pm, queria descansar y me tuve que salir para que hicieran el aseo.

En general, buen servicio y trato. Sugerencias: no tienen servicio de botones para el ingreso y salida; en la habitación no tienen Caja de pañuelos desechables, hace falta un cesto adicional para basura y, en la cocina apoyar a la cocinera, para, “con lo mismo”, darle mejor sazón a la comida. Buen hotel, muy limpio y trato agradable.
