"had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and every simple request felt like a problem for them. The room itself was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The bathroom was not maintained well, and the overall condition of the hotel did not match the expectations or the price paid. On top of that, the hotel seems to charge extra fees for everything, which made the entire stay stressful instead of enjoyable. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, or decent hospitality."

"Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente de principio a fin. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación estaba impecable, cómoda y muy bien equipada. También disfruté mucho de las instalaciones y del ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. Realmente hicieron que mi experiencia fuera especial y memorable. La piscina me encantó. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomendaré a familiares y amigos."
