"Really enjoyed this property, other than the lack of parking. We found the closest place to park was at Buchanan Galleries at over £20/night. This is a 2 block walk to the hotel. Not a big deal dragging your luggage down the hill if you are able bodied, but the walk back up was a little more daunting. The hotel itself is worth it. The staff at check-in were friendly and kind. The hotel and room decor is authentic Scottish style, we found the free mini bar and spirits cabinet very quaint, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of fantastic shopping, culture and dining options. The breakfast is a can’t miss at this hotel! Not only is the food and wait staff amazing, but the view from the rooftop balcony at Windows Restaurant might make some of your favourite photos from your trip!"

"Easy walk from Central Station. Efficient checkin. Quiet “executive” room on top floor which had a spacious bathroom. Very soft pillows and great bed. Overall a very comfortable stay and good value for money."
