"This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

"Everything about the property was great except the fact that no one could watch TV because the internet was out. Not the host fault but did make for a boring stay while we were there. Aside from that we had absolutely no complaints! It was a beautiful house!"

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"Good facility for all the family with 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the little coffee bar provided. Good location for shopping as not far from Butler Plaza. Great, communicative host. Beds were VERY comfortable. The kitchen had practically everything we needed. Everyone said they were very comfortable."

"This was a great property - very clean - loved the freshness of the sheets and towels, which were plentiful, the bathrooms were clean too, and the beds were very comfortable. This location is close to Silver Springs which our family kayaked. We also held our annual combined Christmas and Easter celebration. Only a couple small conveniences were missed - no filtered water with the refrigerator or via the sink (no ice maker either, but there was bagged ice in the freezer), no cutlery or decent...

"It was clean, small but comfy. Perfect for a short stay. Two bedrooms upstairs were good sizes but downstairs was small but had everything you needed. Easy to get to UF."
