"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. We had pasta and drinks in the outdoor cafe which was lovely. We booked the shuttle back to the airport (for a small charge) for the next day, to get our bus to Peschiera. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"If you are flying into or out of Milan, this hotel is perfect. It’s a five minute walk from baggage claim. The breakfast spread is awesome (lots of gluten free options). The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. "

"Perfect place to stay before a flight. Very clean, very spacious and the shuttle service is so convenient. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t get the shuttle to the airport the morning of our flight because it was full. We ended up having to call a taxi so we would get there on time. But, taxi to the airport is only 15 euros, so not a huge deal. I would still recommend. "
