"We spent two nights here during our stay in the CT. The staff was wonderful : very accommodating, friendly and hospitable! The restaurant located in the hotel is exceptional! Every meal we had there was beautifully plated, tasted amazing and very authentic. We even saw the chef rolling out the gnocchi in the afternoon for dinner service. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating, but the pool is beautiful and location is convenient to the train station. Definitely call for the shuttle, because climbing that hill in July was BRUTAL! That was our fault for trying it though! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the restaurant is really worth the trip alone!"

"Séjour enchanteur. La maison est très bien située proche de la belle côte ligure avec les villages des Cinque terre et de belles villes portuaires qui méritent le détour. Maison bien équipée au calme avec un grand jardin et une belle vue sur les collines. La climatisation était la bienvenue tout comme la toute petite piscine qui permet de se rafraîchir. Nos hôtes étaient prévenants et très discrets. Nous étions quatre adultes qui recommandons sans réserve cette location car c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix"

"Genau das Richtige für gestresste Städter wie uns. Die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit, die gute Luft, Handyempfang nur bei günstigem Wind und alles Grün. Und nochmal: DIE RUHE !!!Ponzanello ist fast verwaist Ende Mai aber mit genug Holz für den mittelalterlichen OFFENEN (wo gibt es sowas denn noch?) Kamin in der Küche lassen sich auch 8 Nächte locker aushalten. Wir empfehlen jedem sich die Bilder von Alberico anzusehen, denn genau das erwartet euch auch. Einfaches und ehrliches Leben in der Stille der Berge in einem 600 Jahre altem Haus. Ganz sicher nichts für Gäste die sonst in Luxus Fewos für den 4-fachen Preis absteigen und dann mit einem Käfer auf dem Küchenboden oder dem nicht vorhandenen Sofa im nicht vorhandenen Wohnzimmer nicht klarkommen.Für uns war es wie gesagt genau das Richtige.Danke für die wunderschönen 2 Wochen lieber Alberico."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
