"Check in after arrival was easy, the reception staff friendly and helpful at all times, the concierge helpful regarding sites to visit and directing me to places, though some places can be reached by walking instead of taxi (surely after respecting certain precautions, i.e. ladies leave your Gucci bags and diamonds at home) but I think it is just a safety first policy by the hotel. I did not encounter any lapses with the house keeping as I had read at some other rating websites and found them...

"So far ini villa ok dan keren yah, nyaman skali utk liburan kluarga.. tetapi hanya servicenya saja sdikit di tingkatkan, hanya saran saja krn sayang sekali apabila kita sudah membayar mahal seharusnya standartnya kan handuk di ganti stiap hari. "The villa was extremely spacious and clean. You have to call for room service daily as it is not automatic but the cleanliness was excellent. The view was to die for. Even during 3 months of drought season and the fields were dry, the view was still splendid and the weather was very cooling. Having breakfast by the balcony (there's 2!!) was an unique experience. The pool was also kept clean and there was an excellent view from the pool too. I would have given 5 stars rating if not for a few...
