The first unit consists of an apartment of 60 square meters at street level, the second apartment (private) is located on the ground floor where there is also a third unit consisting of a 25 square meter one-room apartment. The apartment can be rented individually or together with the single room on the floor below. This solution is ideal for hosting two couples of friends or a family with grandparents.
The cottage has a common laundry area with sink and washing machine.

The apartment consists of a living room with a large window overlooking the sea, a double bedroom and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people in a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. It has a bathroom with shower, a perfectly equipped kitchen area, a balcony and a garden for exclusive use with a parasol, table, armchairs and garden beds.
