"I loved it. Bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was 10/10. I am so glad I stayed at this location! 5 min walk to the historic center of town but quiet at the B&B."

"The staff and grounds were amazing. Loved the garden and the character of Gray’s Court. The bed and mattress in our room are in need of an upgrade as the mattress sagged a bit and the bed frame croaked with every motion."

"Clean room and free parking"

"Unique"

"Such a great experience! Great, friendly hosts and great location. Clean room and the coffee station and cold waters were a nice bonus!"

"Been to Clementines several times and would not stay anywhere else. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend"

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty good location too, only 10 minute walk to city centre. Check in and checkout was very straightforward and there’s maps available at the front desk of the city centre and surrounding areas, staff at front desk explain very well how to get to places. Would stay again on my next trip to York :)"

"The stay was wonderful and we were treated with personal care. The only negative was that our room needed a little bit of repairs, given that the building is several hundred years old. Everything worked fine, but there were a few creaks in the floor that were in need of attention. The issue was limited to our room. The rest of the building appeared to be in great shape. By the time a reader sees this comment, the issue may have already been taken care of."

"Last minute booking as decided to stay overnight in York. Communication for check in was quick, property was easy to find, close to town and super clean and tidy. Had a relaxing stay and would definitely consider again next time we were in York. Small supermarket and Mrs Greedy’s at end of road was excellent for supplies and a quick cooked breakfast. "

"Was overall happy, well maintained, had everything I needed and was within walking distance of the town centre."

"Great stay, was a perfect location in York. Good communication with host, clean and a good amount of room"

"Breakfast , parking, staff, cleanliness"

"A lovely, cosy little room. It wasn't the one we'd booked, but we were told we were "very lucky" to have it as it was newly decorated. Location is unbeatable, with shops and restaurants all in close proximity. Our only comment is that it being the height of summer, it was very hot (with no fan/AC), and the window wouldn't stay open."

"Location is excellent as are the staff and breakfast. Car park is handy. Our room (WDM) was good too."
