"Property is 10 min from shopping areas and food options. Major food chains around such as Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Longhorn Wendy's, Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Panera bread and much much more. Shipping stores such as Target, Walmart, Marshalls, Burlington, tjmax."

"Clean quiet room and friendly staff"

"Enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and convenient. The accommodations were comfortable with plenty of towels. The instructions were clear and concise. The only had a few issues arise during our stay:1. The power went out soon after we got to the unit, and while I was in the shower, but we got instructions on the location of the breaker, so we were able to resolve it pretty quickly. 2. The street lights outside were very dim and sparse making it hard to see but this was of course no fault of the owner. 3. There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the unit, so we had to go to the local target to pick some up.4. It was pretty difficult to get the thermostats working and there were three different thermostats but once we figured it out, we were good to go. These are all minor details and overall, had a great stay. It was close to shops and campus."

"Communication was great, check in was a breeze, the room was nice and surprisingly spacious, the area felt safe. Great motel style accommodations."

"The location was perfect for us. I wanted to stay near my childhood home and this house checked the box. The house was cute, clean and conveniently located to shopping, dining and is close to all that New Haven has to offer."

"Host was highly accommodating due to an issue with their cleaner which disrupted our check-in process. The property was decently clean with some extra dog hair in areas but we didn’t mind as we had a dog with us. Some doors were unable to shut including the shower door which was a bit annoying. Overall it was a decent place to lay our heads when we weren’t out all day. "
