We loved out stay at this rental so much. It was very clean, fully equipped, close proximity to so many amenities, had beautiful decor and had plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend this property.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. It's in a prime location to Cincinnati and NKY, close to many things to do. The space was very comfortable and just what we needed for home away from home. The street was also quiet.
We stayed in Covington to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Great location to downtown, restaurant recommendations were spot on (Bouquet, Blinker's and Cedar), condo was clean, great communication with property mgmt company, enjoyed our stay!
Property matches the pictures. Location is VERY convenient to highways, yet quiet. Also very convenient to a number of famous Cincinnati eateries. Easy access to Cincinnati sporting events.
We absolutely loved the apartment. Close to the downtown bars and food. Location is not the best and the parking lot is not ideal. All in all the property is great and clean. Would stay again if the location was in a better neighborhood.
We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The street lights outside the apartment are very bright so it was a little hard to sleep. It would be very helpful to have black out curtains for the bedroom. The neighborhood was fun, walkable and had plenty of places to eat.
This listing doesn't even do the quality of this vrbo justice. This is the CLEANEST rental we have ever stayed in. The communication with the property manager was top notch. Many restaurants were within walking distance. It was wonderful having a designated parking spot. We were able to watch some shows b/c the streaming services were fantastic. We can't wait to return!!!
Great place to spend a couple days. Pictures are accurate. Place was very clean and spacious. Appreciated the parking as street parking would have been difficult.
A bath mat and a TV in the bedroom would be my minor suggestions for improvement.
Communications with the company concerning an issue at the apartment started off slow and caused us some delays in our scheduled activities for the day but they stepped up and helped us resolve it so we could get on with our day.
Overall, it was a very nice stay. Thank you.
The apartment was so easy to get to, it was great having a whole parking lot available next to the building. The location of the apartment was perfect for my husband and myself. We were a short drive away from the grocery store, the highway and a lot of parks. It’s also walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. My only reason for taking a star off was that I could tell this was a remodel because dust and debris from drilling was on top of the refrigerator and on the shelves that the clean dishes sat in so I had to rinse each cup/mug before drinking out of it.
The downstairs unit is comfortable. A little noise from upstairs units can be heard…mainly if something is dropped or if they are talking loud. You can definitely hear people walking past the unit outside if they’re talking. Off street parking is definitely a plus…the street parking would have been difficult. Uber is what we primarily used. Bed was comfortable. A nice addition would be a bedroom tv. But tv in living room was nice. Bathroom was clean but definitely could use larger towels and more than two. Did laundry during our stay to have fresh towels (washer/dryer worked great). Kitchen was nice although we only used it for making coffee. Few lightbulbs missing/ burned out…but overall cute place. Great location for walking to Mainstrasse and easy quick uber to downtown Cincy.
Loved the property itself but the neighborhood isn't the best. I would not want my wife staying there by herself. There is a homeless shelter a few streets down and I had a homeless man sitting against the building beside my car two different nights in a row.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
The unit has a nice look with updated furnishings and modern look. BUT, the down side, immediately when we open the door and went in we were hit with this terrible odor. Quickly realizing it was from mold. Could not sleep the entire night. It was so bad. There is visible mold in the one closet. Even the bedsheets felt damp and the bath towels. I had my suitcase on the floor beside the bed and had been left unzipped thru the night and when I went to zip it up next morning upon leaving a roach crawled out of it. Needless to say we could not get out of there fast enough.
The place was very clean and nice just like the pictures. Host was easy to get ahold of and gave updates and check ins. House is easy to find and in a good place.
