Sebenarnya prospektif, tapi sudah terlanjur kecewa

Next Trip kalo.ke Cilacap saya gak bakal nginep di Hotel ini lagi. Heheh... Karena: 1. Cek in lama, dan banyak gak sesuai request. Malah beberapa dapat kamar smoking. 2. Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan.

dissapointing

pertama datang, di lobi sudah antri (staf hy 2 org). kedua, masuk kamar, diberikan kamar yang tidak layak huni. tapi alhamdulillah kemudian di-upgrade for free; ketiga, meskipun kamar sudah di-upgrade, ternyata tidak ada air di kloset. jadi kesulitan untuk flush.. overall, stay di hotel ini (untungnya hanya sehari) menjadi pengalaman yang kurang menyenangkan.
