What truly impresses me is how the hotel has managed to stay relevant and welcoming, without losing its soul to unnecessary overhauls or trends. The staff were courteous and professional, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the entire experience felt like a warm nod to both the past and the present. Sheraton, thank you for being the kind of place we can keep coming back to—confident that you’ll still deliver. You’re not just a hotel, you’re a memory keeper. Here's to many more stays!"

"Good The bed is not clean "

"Love the cleanliness, all the staff were accommodating. The walking and garden area is great! BREAKFAST was FANTASTIC!!!! I did some massage (deep tissue), it was great for my tired body . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel!"

"This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful "

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"
