"The property is beautiful. It lacks some basic things like enough toilet paper, facial tissue and an iron. We chose to use Sunday as a relaxing pool day and a large family with several children who were not guests arrived and spent the day. They were so loud we stayed away from the pool until they left, late afternoon. We had trouble contacting the manager but that was probably a phone issue and when we emailed the host he responded to assist. My daughter figured out how to contact her. Overall,...

"We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

The closest parking lot was always full during the day but was still able to park in the free white parking spots as long as we came back after 4:30ish."

"We had an excellent stay at Villa Ampella Torre. It was immaculately clean with a brand new kitchen with all the utensils and basics you need including a very appreciated welcome basket. The beds were very comfortable and very much a home from home. The crown jewel is the patio and the amazing sunsets and views. It is very quiet and has a lovely shared pool but mostly we were the only ones using it. Villa Ampella Torre is very centrally based for all the beautiful Tuscan towns."
