Excellent location in the city center with easy access to public transportation. Room was clean, nice and spacious. Hair dryer sucked, something to be improved. The view from the 360 restaurant and bar on the 27th floor was stunning.

Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. Hotel is in a great neighborhood. Very clean and super nice staff. Loved the buffet breakfast every morning. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay there again myself!
