"Best location wise. However kitchen, bathrooms and foyer are open air which wasn’t really mentioned in the description at the time. A bit humid, rooms and bathroom were able to get really cold with fans and individual ac system. Property manager was quick to respond, even answering my texts after midnight. Considering price and location, this is a good stay."

"This house is so beautiful. There were 8 in our group which included 2 young children. It has so much space to gather, eat dinner together, and just hang out. The outdoor space is well maintained and beautiful. Plenty of seating and the pool was easy to enter and perfect for children and adults. The host was amazing and easily available."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and centrally located. The airport is like 15 minutes away. The area was quiet except for the rooster at the park across the street. Not an issue at all. The house was well stocked with cooking utensils as we like to cook when on vacation. A short walk away and you can get a fresh baguette and delicious cafecito. The place was clean and we had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico."

"This property was excellent, except for the host constantly telling us what to do. I do not recommend staying on a property with the host right next door. It felt micromanaged because she would turn certain things off at night when we were still awake. After I said something to her the the last 2 nights the cable would go out at night. If u like to be babysat then you should book here. But if ur grown this is not for you."

"Location was great. We were leaving on a cruise and arrived a couple of days early. We were able to walk Old San Juan from the apartment. The apartment had plenty of room for 9 of us. Javier was great. We were able to drop off luggage before check-in and kept luggage at the house for a couple of hours after check out. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This property was perfect for our family vacation. The property is in a great location, only minutes away from Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, casino. Only 30 mins away from San Juan. Maria is a great host, very responsive and has great information about the local area. I would recommend the beach right outside the development, it has restaurant/bars on the beach. "Relaxing and just a short minute walk to the ocean. Friendly neighborhood and met people from all over. Sunsets amazing. Beach was swimmable all the time, nightlife was lively with people of all ages. Grocery store, bakery, food trucks within walking distance made it hard to leave.
