"This was a perfect place to stay. It was a great base for exploring the local wineries and would also be a great spot for exploring the lake or the several historic areas in close proximity. Everything was clean, comfortable, and as described. My only advice would be that if you have trouble with walking or stairs you might consider another option as you need to walk down a few uneven steps to get from the parking spot to the house. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"We had a wonderful three days at this cabin! The king bed was so comfortable and the hot water for the shower was amazing! It was peaceful, secluded even though there was another cabin a ways away. The place was spotless and the owner was very responsive when we needed him. We will definitely come here again! "

"The Cottage is in a nice location back off the shared drive. Cottage smelled like a wet dish rag. I believe due to the window unit having to run all day to keep the cottage cool. The shower is very small and allows very little room to turn around or get bottles off the shower floor. No storage to put items out of your way if you are staying longer than a couple days. We liked the location and the fact we felt secluded even though we were only a couple hundred feet from the closest house."

"The property was very spacious. We did have issues with flies getting into the home from a huge gap in the front door, we had to stuff a towel in it to prevent flies from coming in. There were also huge flying roaches on the back patio so we weren't able to enjoy the outside. Lastly, neighbors dogs and cats barking and crying all night, didn't get much sleep. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. A shame we couldn't enjoy it more."
