"Stayed here for three nights, hotel was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. Room was very comfortable with stunning views of Kaohsiung on the 38th floor. The bathroom had lovely big bath. The only issue which took away from the room was the noise of lifts as our room was next to them, in the bathroom it sounded like a plane flying high above."

"While the hotel itself is mostly fine, there was an accumulation of small things that made it slightly inconvenient. For example, no power outlets near the bed or the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, no hand soap, no room safe. There was also peeling wallpaper and mold in one corner of our room. The hallways were quite musty smelling and the carpets were visibly stained. The staff were friendly and the pool was nice, however."

"Very cozy environment, staffs are helpful and pleasant. The hotel is generous, breakfast is restaurant standard. I would book it again should I go to Kaohsiung again."

"This property is ideally located, with easy access to numerous food outlets and a YouBike rental station right outside. It’s also within proximity to a few night markets, though Liuhe Night Market, unfortunately, isn’t as vibrant as it used to be. The staff truly stands out—they are exceptionally helpful, courteous, and friendly. Their service deserves a solid 5-star rating and is one of the highlights of the stay. However, the room requires some attention. Upon arrival, I noticed the TV power cable wasn’t properly fixed and was dangling down. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust wasn’t functioning. While these issues were promptly addressed after being pointed out, it would be better if all amenities were thoroughly checked before guests check in. The shower setup could also be improved. The shower head only stays in an upright position on the holder, which isn’t practical for shorter individuals. Furthermore, the lack of a partition in the shower cubicle makes the bathroom feel colder, especially on chilly nights. On the plus side, the bedding was comfortable, though it wasn’t made on a daily basis. Given the price point, this wasn’t a major concern for me. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its convenient location and excellent staff. With a few upgrades and better attention to room maintenance, it could be a fantastic stay. "
