"The location was ideal with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was so very helpful and considerate and the food was amazing! It was very convenient to the Kogen falls and other shops in town. Thank you for a wonderful visit while in Nikko."

"Lovely property and a very relaxing environment. Rooms well appointed and the restaurant for dinner was delicious. The site had a very nice shop for practical items, as well as gifts. Location is right on the lake and near the local attractions. Room and package description could have been clearer, as well as more clarity on check-in time restrictions.

"Amazing stay ,100% recommend!"

"I would have liked the option for a bigger room, but it was clean, comfortable and great staff."

"The rooms were nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty with a nice view."

"The nicest hosts of any hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Everything, was perfect in every way. We could not have hoped for more!"

"Chambre impeccable, osen agréable, super petit déjeuner "
