The restaurant was also great. We ate dinner and breakfast there and the food was excellent for both meals. Staff were welcoming and very friendly at every encounter, from check in through check out, really excellent customer service, it was greatly appreciated after a long day riding. "Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room."

"we enjoyed our stay, the hotel has a homey feeling, country style of the past, helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, quiet surrounding, in walking distance to the main ropeway station, and a most gracious front desk, all this making a great holiday though a bit short. was looking forward to return but it will not happen to my regret."
