60 m2. More information by the provider: BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Beautiful, sunny 2 - room flat in Churwalden in a quiet, slightly elevated location. The small, cosy holiday flat is accessible via stairs and has a double bed in the living area and a cosy kitchen.
Ground floor / long staircase to the house / Wi-Fi yes / 1 room with double bed in the living area / 1 extra bed for a maximum of two children under 12 years / 1 bathroom with toilet and shower / garden fence around the seating area The shopping facilities Coop and Migros as well as the sports store are only a 5-10 minute walk away. The heated outdoor pool, the cable cars and the toboggan run can also be reached in the same distance.
- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.

Wir schätzten das neu renovierte, schöne Badzimmer. Küche /Wohnbereich ist etwas klein, die Kücheneinrichtung (Geschirr, Besteckt, Schüsseln) ist bescheiden. Betten sind gut. Geeigneter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und Postauto.
