102 m2. More information by the provider: BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Central 3.5 - room flat in Churwalden directly at the lift stations. The holiday flat has 2 bedrooms, as well as a spacious eat-in kitchen and a cosy living area.
1st Floor / Elevator / Wi-Fi yes / 2 Rooms with double beds / 1 Bathroom with WC and shower / 1 Separate WC The shopping opportunities Coop and Migros, as well as the sports store and mountain lifts are in close proximity. In summer, the heated outdoor pool is just a few steps from the house. (In the same building as the holiday apartment Seeli)
- The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord  (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions Tenant and substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
