"Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of cooking supplies and even kid friendly plates!"

"Staff were helpful and the bed was clean and comfortable"

"This house was much more spacious than we expected, and we were delighted by the thoughtfulness of the host in what items were stocked just in case. The host was also super responsive, and my bed was really comfy!"

"Clean, Great staff,"

"It was convenient for a one night stay."

"First off, it is not even in the same building as listed in the photo. There was a homeless person sleeping on the steps outside the building. The interior is MUCH SMALLER than the pictures you see. The furnishings are not as they are in the pictures. We were there 2 minutes and turned around to find another place to stay. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is a joke! Horrible."

"Checked in late and the process took under two minutes. Fridge kept drinks cold, bathroom stayed clean throughout my stay with daily room service visible outside hallway door."

"Beautiful home! It was like a home away from home and you had everything you needed! Highly recommend booking this place! We had 5 adults and we all fit perfectly. Host a as amazing! We were visiting the area for the pride fest and it RAINEDDDD and host accommodated us to let us in early, which we really appreciated!"

"Quaint…close to neighborhood of the arts district"

"The location of this property could not have been better for our family. It’s super accessible to the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) and University of Rochester River campus. As well, it’s an easy walk to restaurants and shops on Mt Hope Ave. Almost everything inside the home has been updated & remodeled - and new furnishings in every room. The hosts thoughtful touches made the space comfortable for our stay. This was the perfect place for our family to stay."

"Enjoyed the area restaurants and entertainment!"

"I loved the house just wish it was a little bigger great host"

"A cute place in a really lovely neighborhood, conveniently located. Communicate was easy. I would stay there again for sure."

"It is obvious that the pictures in the listing were many years old. This unit was dirty and run down. The shower/tub had mold. The towel holder was ripped off the wall and sitting on the floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell to the bathroom. There was a used towel hanging on the back of the door. I had to use the clean towels to fill in the gapping holes in window because the air conditioner was held in place with failing duct tape. It got down to 39 degrees one of the nights I slept there....

"On my work trip lasting two nights near RIT this hotel suited me perfectly providing cleanliness plus parking , also enjoyed free gym use helping refresh between meetings."
