"I'm so pleased to have found this little gem in the Sunset for our stay while my husband had a procedure at UCSF (about a 1 mile walk from the property). When we had to extend our stay due to medical complications, Dominic went out of his way to make it happen. The property is clean, uncluttered, has an excellently stocked kitchen, a comfortable bed, good water pressure with lots of hot water. "Apartment matches description. Due to basement location there isn’t much daylight but we were out and about during day. It’s cozy and comfortable and pretty quiet."

"We loved our stay at Celia’s studio. The location is great, felt very safe and at home, the space is small but felt bigger than we were expecting. It was the perfect size for two people. Bathroom and kitchen were well stocked and having access to a laundry room was really helpful! Very much recommend this listing. Thanks Celia!"

"I stayed at Brian’s place in the Mission for nine weeks and it was perfect. There are lots of great restaurants and shops on Valencia. Easy and safe to talk to and from the train that’s just a few blocks away. The property itself is fairly spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Brian was very prompt in his responses to any inquiry I had. At one point there was an issue with the dryer and he had someone out to fix it the very next day. I would definitely stay here again in the future!"
