"Fabulous location and room. Staff very friendly, helpful and informative. Room had fantastic balcony overlooking water, castle and church on the hill. It rained the entire day we were there, but our room was perfectly situated to still enjoy wonderful Portifino from our balcony. All restaurants nearby so very navigable despite heavy rain. "

It’s a fantastic place to stay, the area is absolutely beautiful and so easy to get around, the hotel is elegant, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the food was fantastic quality. The breakfasts were superb, the patisserie worthy of Paul Hollywood. We ate once in the evening and it was v good but v expensive and there are some excellent restaurants in Santa Margherita. The poolside service was a bit slow- they bed a bit...
