"Stayed during the hottest weeks in France and the air condition went well. The strength of the air condition was stronger in the lower level of our room than the upper level. Enjoyed the multi-level room, it was unique and had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds. Wifi was strong and worked well. Room was clean. Staff assisted with the private parking situation when the roads were blocked. Breakfast was also great with healthy alternatives."

"This is one of the nicest stays I have had in Europe -- unusually spacious, very well-equipped. Stayed as a family, but our kids are older teens/adult-sized, and there was plenty of room for us. There were a few small things that were imperfect, e.g., a missing drain cover in the bathroom sink meant I spent ages trying to get out a dropped contact case but none of this detracted from the stay. The desk staff were friendly and pleasant. Finally, the location was ideal. There was a small grocery store (SPAR) nearby, a nice cafe, a fantastic bakery. The street itself is quiet, but within about a 15 minute walk of the centre of town. Very near the canal, which is a nice spot to walk or run. And about 15 minute walk from the train station. A great find!"

"It really has the feel of a fancy student dorm, which is refreshing. At school, I never had such luxuries. My one complaint is that some fixtures seemed a bit shoddy, and the shower door didn't close properly, so it leaked. Breakfast was okay, but not fantastic. If you are going to use the gym, timing matters since it can get crowded. You also needed the room key to call the elevator from a higher floor, which is odd."

"The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations for getting a beverage as we waited for our rooms to be ready (we arrived early) The room was large comparatively to other France hotel rooms we've stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with very helpful waitstaff on a busy morning. Luckily the air conditioning was able keep up with over 100° weather! A real plus is the location which is within easy walking distance to many stores and great restaurants."

They also helped us a lot with all the questions we had and gave us the resources we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely miss Toulouse! We had so much fun discovering new places. I will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends when they go to France. Very kind staff and the hotel goes above and beyond for the price we paid. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!"

"Bon hôtel si vous voulez visiter la cité de l'espace à 5 minutes à pied. Lit super confortable, grande chambre et salle de bain. Clim donc super frais. Le seul bémol dans le bâtiment annex est vraiment le bruit, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres d'à côté et surtout au dessus (donc pas une bonne idée de mettre les groupes d'enfants/colo au dernier étage, ils courent du matin au soir, hurlent dans la chambre et on entend tout...)"
