"Our room was adjacent to the main house, room was clean but roman shade was broken and the large chandelier in the banquet room directly across from us was left on all night making our room very bright. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Good stay at this hotel. Room was lovely, clean and well maintained. Used the pool which was great. Had a nice meal at dinner time too. Only complaint was the breakfast. It was very poor for the standard of the hotel. We have been in lots of Premier Inns and their breakfast was way better. The bacon was hard as nails, so was the hash browns both of which were basically ineffable. Eggs were like rubber and not runny. Overall breakfast very poor. Stay in general good."

"Everything in this beautifully presented and located hotel and staff where 10/10 in my opinion, from my arrival until departure the service,food and location the cleanliness the observation of the staff solving problems before they could arise the total professionalism was fantastic i will be back as someone once said many thanks from this very happy guest . "The hotel was very pleasant and the staff were lovely and very helpful. Bedroom was decorated very tastefully and was very comfortable. The breakfast and the bar food was delicious. We could not fault the place. What a pleasure to stay there."

"Nice stay at this pub. Beds were clean and comfortable. Right in the town so easy access to everything. Slightly noisy at pub closing time. Pub doesnโt do food but recommend the Butterbean down the street. Overall nice one night stay for 2 adults and 2 kids"

"From Charmaine welcoming us at reception, & giving me a free birthday upgrade to Dessie serving us at the bar, they are only a few of the reasons it's our favourite hotel. The food is amazing as always, the atmosphere relaxed no matter how busy they are. Breakfast was delicious & altho very busy, the girls were so courteous & chatty. We'll be back in October for our anniversary."

"Very pleasant expirence. Staff was friendly and helpful. I left a cap on the luggage rack and the desk clerks held it for me till I checked out. I much appreciated that. I only have one complaint, the hotel does not supply face/wash cloths but this was the case in all Irish hotels we stayed in but not so in Northern Ireland."

"This was a great hotel to stay at in Ballybofey. We loved the central location, as well as accessibility to parking. The included Irish breakfast was outstanding, as well as the other restaurants and pubs in the hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and everyone is made to feel at home. We will definitely stay here if we ever visit this area again."
