"Hair on the wall in the bathroom, red hair and also in the bath tub in the floor and we never got room service to clean the room or give us towels."

"Just great. I stayed a couple nights. The hotel is super nice and clean with friendly staff. The neighborhood is walkable and full of restaurants. Enjoyed it and would recommend."

"Stayed a short time but was just what I needed. Thank you."

"Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful."

The parking was also very convenient. I was surprised that there were so many foreigners because Guro is not the tourist place."

"Close to public transit including limousine bus 6004. It has two clean elevators. Loved the bedroom and bathroom."

"it is good. but room is little small"

"Nice property. A little walk from subway but worth it."

"Everything was great except for the lack of an elevator (which I was aware of when I booked). Please be mindful if you have lots of luggage or if you have difficulties with stairs."

Every day, the host thoughtfully provided fresh towels and drinking water, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also very convenient. The subway station was only about a 10-minute walk away, which made it easy to explore Seoul and travel wherever I wanted by subway. I especially enjoyed discovering some...
