"Carlos and June where a pleasure to deal with and we had a great stay at the villa. On arrival the villa was clean and the pool was Crystal clear, just what we needed after a days traveling. Lovely villa and garden, but hiring a car is nessesary as we struggled finding taxis to take us into Valencia. The drive into Valencia was simple and only took 25mins. Overall this was a great place to stay."

The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood about 10 min walk from a Farmacia with minimart and 25 min walk from the village centre of La Canyada. The pool was very large and much appreciated by all. "We enjoyed staying in this villa. It’s perfect for families with small kids, clean and well-equipped. The garden offers full privacy with many places to rest, a small playground for kids and of course a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is quiet and child-friendly. Grocery stores are nearby. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Our only suggestion would be installing air condition or fans in the two bedrooms that do not have them (living room and master bedroom have air condition)."

"This house is just perfect! It has everything you need to spend a comfortable and pleasant holiday in Spain. Rosa María and Javier are the most welcoming hosts you can imagine, they made our stay become a wonderful experience. "Beautifully presented, modern villa with a spacious, well kept out door area which was great for the kids to play in. The pool was a very good size and very clean. Our boys were in it all day, every day! Lisa was a great host. She kept in touch before and during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.
