"The staff makes this hotel. They were so accommodating and communicative. We arrived quite early, but they "pre" checked us in and told us when the room would be ready. They had a nice breakfast area with lots of tables and chairs, and water and coffee. So we sat there until the room was ready - 15 minutes earlier than expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were several places to eat in walking distance, including several "fast food" restaurants. We had a free shuttle to the airport in the morning; the airport was a 10 minute drive."

I was placed on the ground level which I didn’t love—windows on the street when I’m a solo female traveler are never a win, but I booked last minute at a discount rate so I want going to be silly about it. "My stay here was very nice. A small room but comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Always clean bathrooms/shower. Max was especially helpful with local information and suggestions for apps. The northern lights one helped me find a good time to see them, and they were very cool to see!!"
