"One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at! We had a king studio, so comfortable with couch, work desk, 2 tvs (one didn't work so Gabe brought a new tv & remote), comfy bed, beautiful, roomy bathroom (only complaint is needs a higher toilet, hard to get up). Sarah, the manager (so nice, friendly) came up to figure out why fridge didn't work & plugged it in where it was supposed to go. When husband had medical issue, she recommended a great Urgent Care! Breakfast area was good; roomy, nice variety of food choices and coffee was good. Close to Food City, restaurants & fun downtown area! Had a great stay here!"

"Stayed overnight just passing through and every person we encountered during our stay was beyond kind. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bigger fridge was perfect to unload our cooler overnight. The shower with the rain showerhead was much appreciated after a long drive. This was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. They had quite a selection with a lot to choose from that was actually made from real, quality ingredients. Susan was amazing. She offered to heat up our eggs to melt the cheese slices on them. She gave suggestions and was extremely friendly with great conversation. She made us feel welcome and like she enjoyed being there. Everyone was the way! The biscuits were phenomenal. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it as well. They are definitely doing something right!"
