"We had a great two night stay for Cali Roots. Quick bike ride to the festival, awesome free breakfast in the mornings and a bridge right to In-N-Out next door for late night food when we got back. Property was nice and a quick bike ride to the beach as well. Room was clean and spacious, if a bit dated. Bed was super comfortable and staff was friendly! Definitely recommend. "

"Unfortunately the non smoking room smelled like snoop dog smoked a pound of his devils lettuce 5 minutes before we went into the room. "

"We tried an early check in to take luggage from the car before going for a hike and were told we’d be best to leave our bags in the car as our room wasn’t ready (about 1.5 hours early) - which didn’t seem ideal. However, once returning to the hotel from the hike, official check in was great, room was superb, explanation by the staff on all room and resort facilities was excellent. Resort staff seemed intent on making sure all guests were catered for and relaxed. Would definitely return to this resort."
