"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Friendly helpful staff. Everything in the room worked. Hot water for shower was very good. Small mini bar with very reasonable prices. Noise from motor bikes down below, but I’m sure that is everywhere"

"The staff, breakfast and the outdoor pool was great! However, location is perfect. Love it!!"

"All the staff were brilliant especially Cindy"

"飛行機が遅延して寝るだけになってしまったのが勿体ないくらい素敵なホテルでした。 施設自体はそう新しくはないものの清潔感がありシッカリ管理されており、スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。"

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

"Such an excellent stay, and beautifully located. Walking distance to many attractions, like the night market, train street, and the prison museum. Our receptionist, Louisa, was so helpful with recommendations on where to find the best meals in the city. Every single person on staff was incredibly kind and helpful—they truly make you feel special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The rooftop bar was beautiful. Amazing shower in the room! We also loved the spa services so much, we...

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Very clean, great food and excellent service provided by all the staffs. Inside the hotel, everything is perfect. But once you step out the hotel, you immediately feel walking into the different world. Dirty, narrow streets occupied by lots of shady houses and small businesses shops. You will probably woke up very early morning by the loud talking from the streets. You probably will hear some old guys singing off key. Now I understand why the hotel provide guests with earplugs. We booked the...

"This hotel is in the heart of Old Quarters. Great location and very convenient for the tour to pick up. Staffs are very helpful. Room is very clean. Breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended."
