"Probably the nicest student residence I've stayed in yet. Furniture was in good condition, everything was clean, the bathroom was modern-looking. The location is good for catching the tram into the city or a reasonable walk from the historic centre. The area felt safe and open. I would recommend at least one more set of dishes, cutlery, glasses, etc., a towel for drying the dishes, and a pot or pan for using the stovetop. There is no A/C but the window opens wide to allow any breeze in. Overall, a good option for short or long-term stays."

"Absolutely wonderful, probably the best hotel in Katowice in terms of customer service and cleanliness. The reception goes out of their way to accommodate every possible request and the housekeeping team leaves the rooms genuinely spotless. I’ve been to many hotels around the world and in Katowice, and this one is definitely the cleanest. It could do with a little revamp of facilities within rooms (updated TVs to include next flux, contactless charging points etc.) but it’s more so a personal preference rather than a major issue. I’ll definitely be back."
