"Our family stayed here for our son’s UCF graduation and it was a perfect place for us. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful, and she enjoyed the fenced back yard. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay here again. "

"This is a beautiful home that is well taken care of! Theresa made sure that our stay was top of the line. Quiet street, close to the beach! We walked to Coconuts on the Beach, to avoid the street parking. Kids were in the heated pool a majority of our stay! Will definitely stay again. "

"This was the perfect little cottage for our short stay and a great location in Sanford. King bed was very comfortable and our dog love the fenced in yard. I also enjoyed how easy it was to walk to town and get coffee and dine out. Thanks. "

"This property was perfect for our three generation group. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The pool was very nice and bigger than so many backyard pools. On top of that, the mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. I highly recommend!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The breakfsst was hands down the best breakfast i have ever had. Also we had the option to use bikes, get beach stuff lile chairs and umbrellas, surf boards, boogie boards. The rooms were extra clean and staff wss very nice "
