St. Croix Beachfront Resort - Colony Cove C303

A/C in living and kitchen area. All the resort amenities without the resort prices! Our top floor (third floor) unit provides fabulous views of Buck Island and the city of Christiansted.

Kitchen and living room patio doors face east letting the trade wind breezes flow through our unit. An 8' x 26' covered, private balcony extends your outdoor relaxing. New floor tile laid & freshly painted 2017. Two beach bar/restaurants within walking distance; Seine's Golden Rail and Breezes (best happy hour). Snorkeling in a protected reef bay and swimming pool are available.
St. Croix is a relaxing, slower paced island. St. Thomas and St. John can both be visited either by ferry or seaplane. There is desert-like terrain , rain forest and the Wall at Cane Bay which has some of the best snorkeling and shore diving in the world. Entire unit freshly painted, new living room furniture in 2015. New interior doors installed and painted in 2016. King size beds in both bedrooms now in 2017.We suggest renting a car because there is so much to see. After visiting St.Croix for 11 yrs. we know best restaurants , tourist and local attractions making your stay most memorable. Be sure to check our reviews.

Thank you so much Mark, the condo was excellent...just as advertised. We got to St croix the day after Ernesto...electric was out in the condo so we went to the pool to cool off. Electric came back on after dinner. Mark was very responsive when we contacted him about the power. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. We would book this location again. Again, thank you for a wonderful week in St Croix Deirdre and Todd cool off.

Great stay!
We had a fantastic stay in St. Croix. The condo is comfortable and it is nice that there are two king beds. The bedrooms have window A/C units which are noisy but cool well. The beach near the condo is great - a few lounge chairs are available for the complex and we never had trouble getting a chair. The water is warm and clear and you can go out pretty far and still be able to touch. We would recommend water shoes for this beach and actually all the beaches in St. Croix.

This is a very homey unit that has everything you could possibly want or need, plus a great view of the pool and sea. Close to downtown Christiansted and convenient food shopping. Friendly and helpful staff, a very well-managed property.

This property was exactly as described. Super clean and supplied everything you needed. Beach was at your doorstep and the extra wide patio was a definite plus. Mark the owner was very responsive and check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. Can only recommend Colony Cove!!!

What a great place
You cannot ask for more. Great place with a great host. Mark is so easy to communicate with, the whole process of checking in, moving in and moving out was a breeze. Place is amazing, spacious and clean. The living room does have an AC unit which makes your stay in the apartment even more comfortable. We could not ask for more. We will definitely return. Great place to stay, in a secure gated area.
The property was as described. Had everything we needed. As other people stated the air conditioners are in the bedrooms only, it gets pretty warm in the kitchen and living room in the evening especially when you're cooking. The location is clean. The pool had a leak, they were filling it daily, therefore the water was too cold to enjoy. A few people were in the ocean swimming, but not us, there's a lot of seaweed. Over all we liked the location and was happy with our stay. The view was very pretty and the deck was awesome. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Rental - Tranquil, Relaxing, and Amazing View!
I highly recommend this rental! The view of the Caribbean from the triple wide balcony is magical and jaw dropping. The unit is very clean, well-organized, incredibly well stocked (dishware, linens, supplies, etc), and centrally located on the island. Security around the complex was excellent - I felt very safe. Mark, the owner, was great to work with. All door codes were provided well in advance and he notified me promptly when the main security gate code changed. This unit is 3rd floor which gives it the amazing view, but it does mean you have to lug your stuff up/down the stairs (no elevator). Other residents in the complex were very friendly and I enjoyed grilling by the pool in the evening. This is a fantastic rental and St. Croix is a wonderful island! Thank you for sharing this amazing condo, Mark!

Perfect place for two adult friends.
My friend and I were coming to St. Croix for the first time and found this condo on Homeaway/VRBO. It wound up being in a good central location, had two bedrooms and two bath bathrooms and a beautiful lanai with a portion of ocean view. It was very quiet and clean. There were probably a few updates that would enhance the experience (room darkening shades in bedrooms). We found the cost to be very reasonable and overall we would highly recommend this place. The owner was responsive to our questions.
