This is easy living in the heart of the City. Situated in central Christchurch CBD, the Apartment is conveniently located. It is right on the doorstep of Hagley Park, Christs college, Canterbury Museum and the world-famous Christchurch Botanical Gardens (5 minute walk). On the other side of the block, the apartment is a five minute walk to the Christchurch Art Gallery, CoCa, The Arts Centre, Fiddlesticks Bar Restaurant, Rollickin Gelato, and the Boulevard Caf. Nearby, there is also excellent shopping and many cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The neighbourhood is upmarket and safe to walk around at night.

Central, quiet and comfortable
The apartment was well equipped and everything was exactly as described. Central location, only 15 minutes stroll to town. It was very quiet also. And 2 minutes walk from the best playground in NZ! Make sure you visit Margaret Mahy playground - for adults as well as kids.
