"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in. We asked for a TV and they were great about getting us one. Water temperature was a minor issue as it took a while to warm up, and a shower wand would also be little touches that could have made things better. I’d have liked some reed diffusers placed around for some extra scent boosts to make it just that much more pleasant. Minor quibbles though. We’d definitely come back for another relaxing weekend."

"The house was clean & functional. Very cozy. Pool was clean & a perfect size to cool off & relax in. The screened in porch area was very enjoyable to relax, read, visit, work on a puzzles, & eat. "

"The rooms were well stocked with all the things youd need in an efficiency. Stove (full size) good ac, clean shower, and comfy beds which i was very pleasantly surprised that my back dodnt complain once. The only negative which was a significant inconvenience is that the closet doesnt have a door on it and its a motion activated light so anytime any one gets up to use restroom in nighttime the room is flooded with bright light. This is the only negative thing I could possibly complain about. Everything else was better than expected."

"Liz and Tommy were excellent hosts. Our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it. And it’s in the ideal location for visiting the historic area of New Smyrna Beach. Once we parked the car, we didn’t have to get in it again. We were able to walk everywhere. Wonderful bars and restaurants, music, and little shops, with an art scene as well. The area was not too crowded…it was just right. "
