"This hotel is not even accepted by Expedia. They took my money and left me on the street at 1:00 at night in a dangerous area. They said they don’t use Expedia anymore but somehow they are listed on Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. It had another name and you won’t even be able to find it. It’s actually an adult hotel with extremely rude staff. They wouldn’t even let me book a room, after they scammed me. I want a refund! "

"Clean room & Helpful staff & Reasonable price!!! Hotel is on the busy main street, which means very good location, but extremely noisy. We woke up many times because of moto sounds during the night. The thing inconvenient was that I had to contact the staff to request shampoo and then wait every time when I needed. It would be nice to have it in the bathroom."

"Convenient & safe location; friendly and helpful personnel. I’d recommend to one of the concierges at the hotel not to provide info pulled from the Internet, if not familiar with the places. We were looking for tasting Peruvian wines, and the places, the concierge gave us, didn’t carry Peruvian wines at all. It was a little frustrating to find ourselves in the unknown environments not knowing Spanish (unfortunately). Luckily, we were able to walk back to the ocean and tweak our plans for that day. Thanks to all for the nice stay. "
