"If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!"

"I found Goodland to be a quaint & quiet spot - all that’s needed for a brief respite. While it has that remote feeling there’s still plenty of access for water events and shops in Marco are 10-15 minutes away. The host is amazingly responsive to any questions. Booked my calendar for a return visit."

"This is a decent studio for 2 guests. While the furnishings were outdated, everything was clean and in good working order. The unit stocks minimal dish /cookware but no pantry, seasonings, or foodstuffs. The grounds were very well kept and everyone was kind and respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely return!"
